I've stayed at about 12 maybe 14 of these over the north east of America... Good value for money very decent for the level of accommodation..... This one lacks a bit on the breakfast side as it's regularly half filled with contract builders and they grab a lot of the grab and go food hahaha but it's a cheap and cheerful so you get what u pay for.
Do not recommend. Hotel rooms were dirty. Had to move rooms due to bedbugs and the staff was less than helpful. Made my friend and I feel like we had done something wrong and were a hassle. We were treated poorly.
For starters, there are two places right next to each other with the same name and can't register on either place, see screenshot. The entrance is small and not cozy. The guest room is a joke and if you want to wash clothes just do it yourself for a mere $2. This place has NO SERVICE and I mean it, house keeping is done once per week and if you wonder how SMELLY rooms look like for $150 then see the landscape picture I took. Don't look for an exercise room, doesn't exist. The pool isn't decently maintained, small. In short, the place is a dump; don't bother coming in. Advice to management, destroy building, make something decent.
It's an extend stay. If you are familiar with them, I would say this one is below average for an ESA. If you aren't familiar with them then this likely isn't the hotel for you.
We have stayed here 100s of times. The majority of the staff are super friendly and helpful and a couple are not so friendly or helpful. The rooms are very clean. They only have grab n go items for breakfast - muffins, granola bars, oatmeal, coffee & hot chocolate. You can get the best pricing for this hotel using priceline express deals...
