Bob the President always made me feel super welcome as I worked out of the lobby all day! Very friendly staff. Pool and hot tub is super clean and very updated. Some hotel hot tubs are either not working(very common), too dirty, or the jets don't work. But not the case here!
The hotel was available before my check in time which was great as I was traveling several hours. The room was clean and completely met my expectations. I would highly recommend!
I stayed here for my wedding at the Lyman Estate nearby. The event manager was great, she got us a function room for early morning prep and organized the hotel block very well. The one sour note was that the manager of the bistro is not well informed about service dog laws and hassled one of my bridesmaids about her guide dog, asking her to leave repeatedly, even after he had been shown the law. One would think that a pet friendly hotel would educate it's workers better about such things.
The Waltham Courtyard is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and have tons of great pillows. The work out facilities are excellent. I give it two enthusiastic thumbs up.
This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and nice. Shower pressure was excellent (that's a big thing for me lol). The breakfast was great and the staff that serves it were so nice!!!! They remembered my son's name every day, it was really a nice personal touch that made me feel welcome. Plenty of parking. The indoor pool was a tad cold, that might be my only "complaint". I would definitely come back!
