It can be busy so business should be good, but there is a lot of.room for much needed improvements.
Couldn't give it 2 1/2 stars, had to give it 3. Staff was friendly, drive thru was fast to take order, slow to receive the food which most if it was hit and fresh except for the fries which were room temp at best and tasted like oil.
I have to admit that this is my favorite junk food burger joint. it taste pretty similar to Five Guys to me but costs LESS. Love their frosties too! the grandkids always ask me to take them there and of course every other Friday I was doing that until we moved recently. We found one where we are though. lol
this place can be a little slow but the ladies at the windows are always friendly and I do tend to get there at opening.
Takes 10 minutes to get your food and they still get it wrong. A burger with 2 patties should have 2 instead of 1.
This is the slowest wendys I have ever been to! The casheir takes one order and then goes and makes it...there is always a massive line. Definitely not FAST food!!!
While many Wendy's in the past couple of years have upgraded to a more modern look, the Wendy's here on Waltham Main Street is outdated. Menu is tacked on with magnetic strips.
