Cheap food of average quality, waiters that are neither too friendly (haha) nor too unfriendly, and a dining area that needs some redecorating.
The restaurant, all in all, turned out to be... alright.
Half-priced breakfast Monday through Friday! There were 2 of us and our meal was $11. Staff is full of local flavor, very friendly (pun intended). Food was good, though they do not have gluten free bread/bun, but they can do eggs, bacon, sausage, fries, etc gf.
Had to wait 15 mins for a table even though they had 10 open tables and staff standing around. Bathroom was filthy and looked like they hadn't seen a cleaner in weeks. Finally got a seat and never saw another soul even as we got up and walked out another 15 mins later. Best thing you can do is close this location and move it to another spot or at the very least terminate the management and start over.
The service was alright.
The decor was a little run down. There was a gash in our booth seat, fixed with lots of duct tape. But a good place for a cheap bfast.

Most unfriendly restaurant that I came across in this part of town. We had complain that the meat lovers omelette was not cooked right . Our server Jessica changed it but made it a matter of joke in the kitchen.
New omelette was awful again and the server had a strange tone while replying to the complain again. Cooking an omelette is basic skill, but I understand that people can do mistake, but they always have to be open for feedbacks. Food and hospitality industry is not a place for rudeness, people are paying money not for the attitude. I'm not going to comeback for sure.
It's what you would expect an average Friendly's to be like.
The atmosphere was alright.
