My dog Harvey has been seen by two oncologists at NEVOG for his thyroid carcinoma over the last three years. Dr Kari Rosen who handled his radiation post surgery, and Dr Kim Cronin who handled his chemo and all follow up xrays, imaging and care since his final treatment. The team at NEVOG is so kind and responsive and we have been lucky to have their support throughout the process. The waiting room is comfortable and welcoming with very friendly and compassionate front desk staff. I have to be the most demanding mom, always doing my own research and asking one million questions, and Dr Cronin always handles it with such stride and grace. And she always, always says "let me know if you have any other questions" when I'm through asking my first batch of 30. While Harvey has seemingly been cancer free since his initial treatment finished, we did just discover a series of small spots in his lungs. While I'm devastated, I am doing lots of research to figure out whether another bout of western treatment or a more holistic path is right for us to try. Dr Cronin understood and was supportive of my decision to try holistic for a month and switch paths after that if it isn't working. I didn't feel like she was pushing me into expensive treatments, and when I asked if we should do CT scan imaging at the one month mark to see where he is after some holistic methods, she said she thought an xray would suffice and that she'd rather save our money for further treatment. It's nice to feel like she takes the financial capabilities of the families she's helping into consideration. I trust their care, their expertise, and I highly recommend the practice.

Very professional and compassionate!

I can not say enough about the entire staff but especially Dr Alexander and of course Gary!

We and I mean myself my husband and of course my Lola whom she usually doesn't take to strangers but loves them all! We are so grateful they are bringing us in to a new year which wasn't expected ❤

My Golden Retriever Hudson was diagnosed with Lymphoma in August of this year (2016) We live in the Hudson Valley Region of NY & found out about this place through our breeder & Hudson's brother who lives in MA & has the same deadly disease. I can't imagine my dog being treated any other place. The staff is fantastic! From the front desk to the back. Hudson's oncologist Dr Alexander is just who Hudson needed. It is worth the 3&1/2 hours we drive each way to get there.
