$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ No compassion, save your animal, unless you have alot of money, and want to see your pet suffer, sorry MY FAMILY had a real bad experience,FOR A BROKEN HEART

DO NOT GO TO BLUE PEARL. My Bulldog WALKED in very sick, has very expensive surgery and is given back to me with a dislocated hip. They obviously did it when they weighed her legs down to remove her uterus, a standard practice that is used. They lied and said they had nothing to do with it. It cost another $2500 that we had to pay on top of the uterine surgery, for an injury that they caused. My poor dog now doesn't have use of her back leg, it didn't heal correctly and she has blown out both shoulders because she puts all her weight on them.Sometimes her front leg gives out and she falls on her face. Heartbroking. SHE IS CRIPPLED AND IN PAIN BECAUSE OF BLUE PEARL. I sometimes wish she didn't make it through surgery, ever since then, she has struggled. She is still my big love bug

Short wait time and the appointment did not feel rushed (I still highly recommend calling around different hospitals to check on how busy they are). Empathetic and helpful staff. The doctor, Dr. Caleb Murphy, was very easy to communicate with and explained all my options.

This is the most professional and competent veterinary staff to be found in the area. One of my dogs was in decline and took a turn for the worst. The staff made his passing as painless as possible and made the decision easier. They are not out to get your money or to overcharge you. They are about providing the highest quality service and are the best choice for any emergency/special pet needs. Another time one of my dogs had a stick lodged in its mouth and I couldn't get it out. When I arrived at BluePearl, the woman at the front desk promptly took my dog to see the doctor and I was back with my dog within five minutes--stick free. BluePearl didn't even charge me for the service. These people are passionate about their work and care about providing the best service to your pet. I highly recommend this place to anyone with emergency/special pet needs.

We took our dog here when he was not being himself for a few weeks and the day we took him in was throwing up blood clots. From the minute we walked in the staff was professional and tried their best to make sure we understood everything. We ended up getting an ultrasound done of his stomach which showed severe tumors in his left kidney, they continued to look at the lungs for safety and found an obscene amount of tumors there as well. They had a doctor from oncology come over and double check the ultrasound in which he said he has no idea how our dog, a soon to be 7 year old Yellow Lab is still playing and acting like nothing was wrong. All the doctors said it was amazing he wasn't acting like he was in pain, however were only giving him a few days our two options were take him home with lots of medication and hope for the best that he'll last at least another month or put him down. We chose to put him down to save him the pain, which they handled amazingly, they gave us time with him and when ever we were ready they gave him the sedative, waited the time that was needed and put him to sleep. They helped us find the best urn and place for cremation for him. This was on Monday the 20th, today the 24th we received a card giving us their sympathy and informing us they put a donation in his name to a pet organization. I am extremely pleased with the service and knowledge that they provided us, and highly recommend them!
