I wasn't going to leave a review of this place, figuring it was just a bad match of therapist to my needs. But now that I've received a wrongful bill a year later, I feel compelled to warn people to stay away. First, the therapy: it was a joke. I am a trained therapist and I know that you do not make your client wait 20 minutes so you can take a personal phone call. You also don't spend 15 minutes of that remaining session time discussing the details of your personal call with your client. You also don't interrupt your clients. Completely unacceptable treatment.
This experience has driven me away from ever seeking help for anxiety and medication management. Zero privacy between the patient and caregiver - No call center; no nurse; pray you do not have an emergency...Phone calls are returned days later (if you’re lucky)
I hesitate to leave a review since I haven't even receive any treatment. However, considering the fact I've left and voice mail and a message on their "contact us" form and still haven't heard back makes me assume my experience would be similar if I went in. I'll update my review if I ever hear back.
The staff is rude, they be smokin cigarettes and stink like ashtrays. would you want your kid to see this? Plus the Dr or whatever dont know how to speak ENGLISH
Now, onto the billing: I was insulted over the phone because I asked them why I received a bill in the mail. When I called insurance, they told me Waltham BH made a billing error and were not supposed to send the bill to me. Do yourself a favor and just skip this place.
