I generally don't post reviews, mostly due to laziness but I feel the need to post to share my experience which may help others facing a similar situation. I recently moved to the Boston area from DC and I'm sure anyone looking for an apartment can relate to my stress concerning the situation. Multiply that by having to find an apartment while living 8+ hours away. I came for a tour of one apartment in Waltham but the relator (not Charlie) was not helpful and the living space was below satisfactory. I ended up signing a 'check-in' log, which prevented from renting any room in that building without paying the original realtor their ridiculous full month fee for doing absolutely nothing. I had no idea, I just signed it (don't make that mistake). I looked up other adds for the same apartment online and found Charlie's website at Watchcity Realty, offering the same apartment, same rent but half the fee. Not only did he explain to me the situation I put myself in by explaining the paper I signed, he went out of his way to help me find a better location to live in Waltham. He was prompt, polite, easy to deal with and generous. Within a week he had me all set to move in and completely disregarded any fee, saying I had dealt with enough stress due to the previous realtor. I have never had such a pleasant experience dealing with a realtor and if I move again in this area I will be doing it through Charlie. If you're looking for a realtor to actually do some work to help you get a place to live, look no further.
