They replaced my hot water tank, it was very cold outside and the guy stayed until the job was done (after 9pm). I am very happy with his work ethic and willing to work late to get me hot water the night before Thanksgiving!

Steve H was the plumber who arrived here today from Roto-Rooter and he could not have been more helpful. He arrived very quickly and he was Extremely professional and friendly. We started out needing to snake the main drain and ended up finding out we were in much worse shape than we thought. It wasn't good news but Steve really went out of this way to figure it out and his experience was superb. He did a fantastic job and we were really impressed with his work ethic. Can't thank you enough, Steve. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have you!
Our kitchen sink backed up, coincidentally just after we had a new dishwasher installed by another service provider. I scheduled the next available appointment for Friday morning, 2 days later. However, later that afternoon, I got a call from the Roto-Rooter office letting me know that there was a technician in the area, and I'd get a call when he was on his way. I was delighted that Roto-Rooter made the effort to have my issue fixed earlier than scheduled,, and even more so when Ron (I'm just a number -5592) showed up that evening. He was friendly and very knowledgeable and had the whole thing fixed within an hour. He took the time to show us where later problems might arise due to how our drain pipes are configured. And he explained what to do if the disposal clogged. I was relieved that I would be able to use my sink right away!

Our plumber was knowledgable, friendly, and took the time to explain the problem and how we should proceed to keep everything working properly. The problem was snaked and we were back in working order very quickly. Thank goodness for the amazing people who are able to do this job effectively.
