Staff are really thorough, incredibly patient, and go out of their way to help you find a solution, even if a purchase wouldn't be involved. The dental product combination suggested to me for when I can't brush his teeth worked so well my vet thought I had been brushing them even more :D
Best prices and selections anywhere. The people are amazing and always willing to help no matter the question or request. My only issue is it's hard for me to get there before they close on weekdays due to my work schedule but besides that the place is perfect.
