Their service sucks here. I have been going to this place for years. Before it was NY pie. Ever since the new ownership has taken place every time I went in something was wrong with my order. The last time I went in , and I repeat LAST time I went in they screwed up my order, made the wrong size, then sold that pizza to someone else. I had to wait there for at least an hour in their shop for them to make my food. I understand things happen because but this was probably the fourth time in a row that something did. When I went to pay for the food the girl at the counter said to me "oh I didn't charge you for your soda" thanks for the $1.25 soda. That was it. I laughed and asked to speak to her manager. I told the manager my frustrations and all I got from him was " well we are trying our best" I told him his best isn't good enough and told him he's lost a loyal customer. Any time someone asks me where to get pizza I make it a point to tell them to avoid this place. If I could I would give it less stars.
You know what they say about pizza. Even on the worst days here the pizza is still good. This is exactly what you want and expect from a pizza shop. Every time I order from somewhere else, I wish I had just ordered NY Pie instead.
THE DONNIE BURGER IS ONE OF THE BEST BURGERS I HAVE HAD OF ALL TIME THIS PLACE IS CLEAN AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE FAST AND FRIENDLY THE PIZZA IS SUPER DELCIOUS AND THEY HAVE HUGE SLICES
I grew up in Brooklyn NY and I can tell you this is the best Pizza so far in Mass. I currently live 30 min from NY Pie and will drive pass every other pizza place and go directly to NY Pie when I want Pizza again!! Also, Dante is AWESOME!!!
Have always had good service here and everything I've ordered from them has been delicious. Calzones are huge and worth the $. We've moved to the Newton area a year ago and this place has quickly become my go-to for delivery. Just today ordered their Staten Island pizza and a steak and cheese calzone and it was amazing! Highly recommend!
