I've been here a few times. The last time I went here with my son on a Saturday. We got eight in and out. What I like about it is that they have xray machines etc. So they can do everything there. What I also like is that they take the time to follow up after you leave to make sure they you're getting better....a nice personal touch..
Thoroughly impressed with my first visit to PhysicianOne Urgent Care on 10/07/17. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming. I then was seen by Corey. Such a nice young man who was quite thorough in doing the vitals. Short time later I was seen by Dr. Cruz. After a thorough exam by the Dr., Corey who is also a rad tech did a chest X-ray.
Very quick visit! Registration was a breeze, usually there is so much paperwork to fill out!!! Very efficient. Assessment was accurate and on point, no needless questions. Explained everything and kept me updated on progress of testing. Check out went just as smooth as check in. Would definitely use this clinic again. I'm only in the area for work, this made it so much easier than an ER trip!
Wish I could use this facility as a primary care option. I lucked out with no wait time. Facility is beautiful! Highly recommend!
I went in on a Sunday afternoon and after filing out a short form I was called in. The nurse practitioner took my vitals and then I waited about 5 minutes for the doctor, who asked me a few questions and quickly diagnosed my issue. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. The staff was super nice and helpful! Will definitely be going there if I need urgent help again.
